EPIC does Essence Welcome Reception

After reading this information, vendor MUST complete the application. After submission, the application will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. If accepted, the vendor will receive an email within 24 hours of acceptance, with the Vendor Agreement that must be signed as well as a link to make the payment for the participation fee.
*Must be an independent business or designer, NO direct sales/upline businesses will be accepted. *Retailers must list their resale brands in comments
Accepted vendors will be assigned a vendor ID. Your table will be marked with your table sign and vendor ID. It is recommended that you mark your products and product containers (totes, crates, etc) with your vendor ID.
Vendors are responsible for:
1. Bringing their own methods of receiving payment (square, cash box, etc).
2. Shopping Bags
3. Business Cards
FEES & PAYMENT
To participate in the Vendor Open Market, vendors agree to a participation of fee of $75.
This fee includes one (1) 8 ft. table, black tablecloth, 1 chairs, and a 8.5” x 11” table sign.
All vendors will keep 100% of your sales from the event.
We will release announcements to the press, publish the event on online and do extensive social media advertising. We will be using all of our social media outlets (Instagram, Newsletter, Website, and Facebook) to feature vendors. When posting, please tag @epicdoesessence and @epiceventchick and use the following hashtags: #strutnola #epicdoesessence
THEFT & LIABILITY
We will do everything within our power to prevent theft of products and displays, but we cannot guarantee that items will not go missing or get broken. You are responsible for your items! Our team will make every effort to prevent any incidents. However we cannot be held responsible if theft or damage does occur.
